WE ARE MIGRANT is an ambitious  collaboration between this festival and archives (in collaboration with MACE and Independent cinema office) that showcase screen heritage material and invite audiences to reconsider contemporary issues through archive film.

We are MIGRANT  WILL explore and examine stories of immigration and the UK’s diverse communities and ever changing social landscape

​

The FEstival will explore new stories and reframe established narratives rarely seen though archive footage, helping illuminating unique perspectives in history to modern audiences.

​

'WE ARE MIGRANT' is supported by the BFI Film Audience Network with National Lottery funding as part of New Directions.
